It seems the Outlook logo is out of place with the other icons. The other icons are folders while the Outlook icon is just a flying envelope.

Font seems to be off inside the icons. The font is Segoe UI 5.16, found inside of Windows 8. The "O" in outlook is a lot thinner then the other icons.

You seem excited about windows 8. But to me it kind of seems like it's too Square-y or too round. nothing in between. Has only sharp edges and smooth ones look out of place. Only vibrant colors and no shadows. otherwise, not very appealing
